Steigenberger Parkhotel Düsseldorf and Steigenberger Grandhotel Petersberg both under new management

Carsten Fritz will succeed Michael Kain as Director of the Steigenberger Parkhotel Düsseldorf. Mr. Kain will be taking over the reins at the Steigenberger Grandhotel Petersberg in Bonn-Königswinter with effect from 1 June.

A new chapter in the Steigenberger Wiltcher's story

Despite several name changes over the years, the Steigenberger Grandhotel in Brussels has never lost its legendary reputation. It is now reverting to its original name of Steigenberger Wiltcher's, which it held between 1913 and 1925, and is fully focused on regaining its privileged and historic position in the city.

Cloud No 7 and Jaz in the City celebrate topping-out ceremony in Stuttgart

The Steigenberger Hotel Group presented its third brand in February. Jaz in the City is a new and creative hotel concept transporting a special kind of lifestyle that extends into the rooms themselves. Jaz in the City in Stuttgart will be housed in the new residential and hotel tower Cloud No 7. Today, both are celebrating their topping-out ceremony and thereby marking the completion of an important phase of development within a particularly innovative construction project.

Steigenberger Hotel Am Kanzleramt wins a 2014 Top hotel Opening Award

The Steigenberger Hotel Am Kanzleramt in Berlin has emerged victorious in the "First Class/Business" category of the 2014 Top hotel Opening Awards. The prize giving ceremony, which took place in Munich on 23 April, was attended by around 150 branch representatives. A total of 19 newcomer hotels were nominated in the categories of Luxury, First Class, Leisure, Budget and Exceptional.

Steigenberger Hotel Group the only travel branch brand to be named a "Top Superbrand"

Steigenberger has joined such illustrious names as the German Football Association, Bayern Munich and Adidas by becoming one of only 52 German brands from a total of more than 1,250 to be awarded the accolade of a "2014/15 Superbrand" by a 27-member jury comprising well-known personalities from the fields of trade and industry, the media, the universities and agencies. The criteria on which the award was based were brand dominance, customer loyalty, goodwill, longevity and overall brand acceptance.
