For decades now the Steigenberger Hotel group has placed particular emphasis on the further training of its staff. For we are sure that this is a decisive factor in our competitive success.
Our further-training programme combines a number of central strategies.
Our trainers from the Human Resources Division are on the job daily to train staff in all departments of our hotels.
"Training on the job", as well as teaching professional knowledge and developing social skills, is a major component of our training, which is undertaken principally by our managers. They are aided and assisted in this by our "Training as an internal tutor", which we have developed ourselves. This qualification course received awards at ITB 2006.
Each year our Catalogue of Training Facilities is published, which contains a qualitatively high-class spectrum of training opportunities for both employees and managerial staff. Our range of seminars is run by our Steigenberger trainers, a large number of internal tutors in specialist subjects, and by well-known cooperation partners from outside. Interested?
